Terms of Service for LightnFast

These terms govern your use of LightnFast on iOS. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. License

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LightnFast on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s App Store terms and standard end-user license agreement.

2. Health information

LightnFast is a timer and record-keeping tool. Fasting stages and other educational content are estimates for general information only. The app does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Do not begin or continue fasting when it would be unsafe for you. Seek qualified medical guidance for decisions about your health.

3. Your data

You are responsible for maintaining exports or device backups appropriate to your needs. Local LightnFast history can be permanently lost if the app is deleted or the device is lost, reset, or replaced. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases

Pro is offered as a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Purchase availability, billing, refunds, and restoration are also subject to Apple’s terms.

5. Intellectual property

LightnFast, including its code, interface, graphics, and branding, belongs to Shanhe Yi and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you.

6. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LightnFast is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, LightnFast.

8. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated by posting a revised version and effective date here. Your right to use the app ends if you materially violate these terms.
